Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for kits that are unopened and in original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll send a replacement at no charge. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
